Permanent sofa bed with cold foam topper (160x200 cm), down duvets, wardrobe with mirror, Smart TV 4K (43 inches), stereo DAB + radio with alarm function, desk with stool and reading light, skylight with opening functions and black-out blind.

Kitchen

Oven with 4 induction hobs, large refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine (beans) filter coffee machine (powder), toaster, kettle, egg cooker, mixer, dishes, kitchen towels, kitchen utensils as complete kitchen equipment.

Bathroom

The 3rd bedroom is equipped with two high-quality box spring beds with cold foam toppers and down duvets, each 1.00 x 2.00 m wide, Smart TV 4K (43 inches), alarm clock radio and reading lights with integrated USB port above both beds, skylight with opening functions, black-out blind.

2nd bathroom

The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a spacious 80 cm wide washbasin with base cabinet, LED mirror with integrated cosmetic mirror, touch control and digital clock, hairdryer, shower with various massage functions and a rimless toilet, skylight with opening functions, blinds.

The apartment has all possible modern equipment such as underfloor heating with digital individual room control on the upper floor, air conditioning units for heating in winter and cooling in summer, state-of-the-art ventilation system with automatic room air regulation and heat recovery in every room, cooling function in summer, electric roller shutters on the upper floor and sun blinds in the living room, modern lights with LED, WiFi in the apartment and balcony terrace.

The apartment is heated and cooled by a heat pump with green electricity. Hot water is provided by a modern and highly efficient electric boiler.

All bedrooms and hallways are equipped with smoke detectors.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, various fully automatic coffee machines. The initial filling of the fully automatic coffee machine (bean container) and for the filter coffee machine (coffee powder), as well as capsules for the Nespresso machine including various types of tea, spices, etc. are included!

Bed linen (made beds) and sufficient towels and bathrobes are available for use.

A partially covered sun terrace with lounge furniture and sun loungers, parasol and electric grill can be used directly via the patio door from the living and dining area.

In front of the house on the property you can park very conveniently and of course there are several charging options for e-bikes.

Safety equipment in the stairwell on the ground floor

The defibrillator is in our house opposite the residence at Loreleyring 26. The first aid kit is on the ground floor at the entrance door.

Fire extinguisher (6 kg foam) Grease fire extinguisher for groups ABF is visibly mounted on the wall at the entrance door.

Utility room (washing machine + dryer) on the ground floor

When using the washing machine, you can find the individual washing programs on the labels on the device or in the enclosed operating instructions. The washing machine is equipped with an integrated heat pump dryer. Washing powder, fabric softener, drying rack, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. are available for free use.

A snack machine with chilled drinks and small snacks is located in the stairwell.

Vacation destination

The Rheinsteig passes directly in front of the holiday apartments (no train noise). The Loreley with its Loreley stage and one of the most beautiful beer gardens in the Middle Rhine Valley are very close. Fantastic views and hiking trails (Rheinsteig) of the Rhine and castles are guaranteed, the distance to the Hühnertempel viewing point is only 300 m with a breathtaking view of the Middle Rhine Valley.

Arrival

By car, take the B42 federal highway and then turn towards Loreley in St. Goarshausen. At the Loreley junction, turn right towards St. Goarshausen / Heide district. In the town, turn left again and then right into Loreleyring. Turn right at the second junction and then left again to the Residence, turn into Im Mosern 2.
