The impressive and unique viewpoint is located only about 300 meters from the Loreley-Hills Residence. From here, you have a fantastic panoramic view of the Middle Rhine Valley with its Rhine bends, the Lorelei rock, the towns of Sankt Goar and Sankt Goarshausen, as well as the Rheinfels and Katz castles.
A rock full of myths
The legendary Lorelei, a 132-meter-high slate rock on the Rhine in the Middle Rhine Valley, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002 and enchants visitors with its mythical history, breathtaking landscape, and romantic significance for German cultural history.
